Baby boomers increasingly moving to rural areas
According to a report released by the United States Department of Agriculture Economic Research Service, baby boomers, now aged 45 to 63, are increasingly moving to rural areas. In fact, by 2020, “non-metro population age 55-75 will increase by 30 percent.”
This means that rural real estate will be in demand, which will increase land values. As such, one of the best investments you can make right now is to buy land before this increase occurs.
