Bull Mountain Ranch has a lease on 640 acres of adjoining state land, (AG Lease Number - 42510). This lease may be assignable to the purchaser subject to the written approval of the State Land Board. The State Trust Land is not included in the purchase price nor is there any value in purchase price associated to the lease. The assignment of the lease is not guaranteed to the purchaser. The State Land Board may charge a fee for approval of the assignment.
