The current owner has rated the property at 200 AUM’s, with an average of 3 lbs. per day gain on calves for the past several years. The ranch has adjudicated irrigation water rights as well as 85 shares on the Piney & Cruse Creek Ditch Company. Pompey Creek Ranch also has four reservoirs, two artesian wells, and Pompey Creek running through the property providing excellent water sources for livestock year-round.
