Ranch Operations
This is primarily a small hay production ranch. There are approximately 120 acres of irrigated hay ground on the property, annually producing up to 6000 bales. Limited grazing would be appropriate as well. There is a 90+ gallon per minute spring on the property, and geologists have indicated that this is the 2nd most productive spring in the formation. The ranch is entirely perimeter fenced and cross fenced. All portions of the ranch are easily accessible by two-track roads. There are no improvements on the property.
