Ranch Operations

This is primarily a small hay production ranch with valuable and historic water rights dating back to 1870. There are approximately 125 acres of irrigated hay meadow on the property which has historically produced +/- 6,000 bales per year. Limited grazing would be appropriate as well.
There is a 90+ gallon per minute spring on the property, and geologists have indicated that this is the second most productive spring in the formation.
The ranch is entirely perimeter fenced and cross fenced, and all portions of the ranch are easily accessible with the existing network of ranch roads.
There is convenient access to water on the ranch with the creek, spring, numerous ponds and underground water lines to the various spouts and stock tanks.
