Birch Creek Ranch affords the opportunity to purchase a 7.5% undivided interest in an 8,472-acre superb hunting ranch only 90 minutes from Salt Lake City, Utah. Elk up to 360” and mule deer up to 180” are common on the property, and Shiras moose and antelope inhabit the property as well. Each owner will receive 1 bull elk tag one year and 1 mule deer buck tag the next (alternating) year. Birch Creek Ranch participates in Utah’s CWMU program, enabling sportsmen to hunt during prime rut seasons with firearms. Birch Creek itself is a fabulous private trout stream with Bonneville cutthroats, and Birch Creek Reservoir offers opportunities for larger rainbow, cutthroat and tiger trout.

The sponsor and managing partner is Carrus Land Systems, LLC. Up to but no more than four 7.5% ownership interests are available. The ranch can also be purchased in its entirety.
