The 144 Patented Mining claims and two Patented Mill Sites are located approximately four miles north of the historic town of Ohio City, approx. seven miles west of the historic town of Pitkin, and approx. 25 miles east of Gunnison, Colorado. Crested Butte is o­nly approx. 55 miles (via Gunnison). Denver is approx. 200 miles to the northeast. Gunnison has good airport service from many major cities.

The 144 Patented Mining Claims and two Patented Mill Sites are already divided, and can be sold off separately if you desire. Four-wheel-drive vehicles are needed to see the entire property.
