Located about 35 miles southwest of Denver and about 30 miles northeast of Colorado Springs, the property lies along County Road 98 and 1/2 section east of County Road 5 in Elbert County, Colorado. The property consists of approximately 560 acres of high yielding mixed grass prairie with an adjoining 80 acres of forested canyon area along both sides of Running Creek.
