Pompey Creek Ranch is comprised of approximately 265 deeded acres and is situated along the scenic foothills of the Big Horn Mountains, near the historical western town of Sheridan, Wyoming. Pompey Creek flows through the ranch for approximately ¼ mile, providing year-round live water for livestock and wildlife. In addition, there are two artesian wells, and four small reservoirs, which support excellent fishing for large mouth bass. Mule deer, white-tailed deer, pronghorn, and elk all inhabit the property seasonally. The ranch also supports excellent upland bird habitat for pheasants, sharp-tailed grouse, Hungarian partridge, and turkey. The small reservoirs provide productive waterfowl habitat as well.
