The untouched landscape supports an abundance of wildlife such as white tail Coues deer, Goulds turkey, Javalina, fox, coyote, wildcat, mountain lion, wild horses, and an occasional black bear. The habitat is the permanent home for many species of birds and it is a “pass through” for North American migratory birds. Eagles, hawks, owls, buzzards, Quail, Dove, pigeons, and Turkey can be seen on a day-to-day basis. Migratory birds follow the seasons and visit the ranch throughout the year. Armadillo, gopher, and Diamond Back Rattlers are also a part of natural make-up of the environment.

• As a game preserve, hunting or photo preserve, the ranch is perfect. Approximately 1,300 acres is now dedicated to small herds of Bison, Zebra, Kudu, Adax, and Red Stag.
  
• Hunting permits are available to the ranch owners and can be sold to private clients for the enjoyment of exclusive Coues Deer and Wild Turkey hunting.

• Eco tourism, hiking, camping, and horseback riding have been enjoyed by the owners and their guests and are a major component of the ranch.
