Wet Canyon Ranch is in the center of world-class big-game trophy hunting territory. With the Bosque Del Oso State Wildlife Area near the property, there are numerous opportunities for the fisherman, horseback rider, hiker and wildlife enthusiast as well.

• Large bulls have been killed on this property. The immediate area has produced world-class trophy (up to 400”) bulls, and is known as the finest big bull elk hunting area in Colorado. Over-the-counter elk tags are available for this property, and deer tags have historically been able to be drawn with no preference points.
  
• This property, with its small protected meadows and adequate cover including Gambel Oak, Ponderosa, and Cedar, provides ideal habitat not only for elk, but also mule deer, turkey, bear, and mountain lion.
  

• The 30,000 acre Bosque Del Oso State Wildlife Area is less than 1 mile south of the property. Outstanding public trout stream fishing is available on the Bosque’s south fork of the Purgatory River.
