The Three Creeks Ranch (aka Lower 28 Ranch) is an outstanding working cattle ranch located along the eastern foothills of the Big Horn Mountains, near Buffalo, Wyoming. This approximately 7,365 deeded acre ranch is well watered, with the North, Middle, and South forks of Crazy Woman Creek flowing through the property. The ranch provides a large hay base with precious water rights, new and/or updated improvements and irrigation equipment, and an additional 3,677 acres of State land, 399 acres of BLM land and a 330 animal unit grazing allotment on the U.S. Forest Service in the Big Horn Mountains.
