The Mirr Ranch Group team has knowledge and experience in all aspects of ranch ownership. Beyond traditional marketing experience, our brokers have professional degrees and have served as ranch, real estate and public land attorneys, water and land conservation consultants, and recreational guides and outfitters.
 The founder of Mirr Ranch Group has worked in the real estate industry as an attorney and broker for 20 years, selling, buying, and marketing ranch, farm, and recreational properties.  A long-time Colorado resident, Tommy Latousek has over a decade of experience in real estate, conservation, and western water and land-use issues.  Jeff Hubbard has been involved in all aspects of recreational and commercial real estate leasing and sales since 1995. He has deep knowledge of outdoor recreation, real estate management, and land value.  Jeff has a passion for South America, the great outdoors, and entrepreneurship. His deep experience in real estate and ranch services helped him successfully establish several companies in those areas of expertise.  Pat Lancaster comes to Mirr Ranch Group from the hunting and outfitting business, where his highly regarded Lancaster’s Outfitters has operated in Colorado, New Mexico, and Nebraska for over 25 years.  Mac McWhorter was introduced to the various aspects of real estate as well as agricultural and recreational land at an early age. This, combined with his experiences as an Eagle Scout and outdoorsmen, has given him a well rounded appreciation for open space and especially the western landscape.  A Colorado native, Mallory has over 10 years experience in journalism, marketing, public relations and graphic design. She has worked on several successful marketing campaigns on a regional, national and international level.  For the past 17 years, Peter Decker has been the president of Decker & Associates, an agricultural consulting firm specializing in management, land acquisition, leases, international trade, and relations with state and federal agencies. In addition, he has a diverse background in American culture, history and policy.  Duffy has successfully melded his interests in wildlife management, outfitting, ranch management, and recreational development. With a professional background that includes wildlife and agricultural experience, Duffy is able to effectively evalutate ranch and recreational properties for the discriminate buyer and seller. |
