Ranch Operations
The current owners operate a 200 pair year-round cattle operation. Meadows are irrigated through a pump system servicing a series of creeks, springs, and artesian wells. There are steel built pens, corrals, a loafing shed, Quonset hut, machine shop and various other storage buildings supporting the general ranch operation. The ranch is completely perimeter fenced and pasture cross-fenced.
