Three Creeks Ranch (aka Lower 28 Ranch) is located 20 miles south of Buffalo, Wyoming, along the eastern foothills of the Big Horn Mountains. The ranch is approximately 11,441 total acres in size, with close to 7,365 acres deeded, in addition to a 3,677-acre Wyoming State lease and 399-acre BLM lease. The ranch is in very close proximity to the Bighorn National Forest, which provides access to millions of acres for hunting, fishing and other recreational opportunities. The resident improvements include an 1,800 sq. ft. home, in very good condition, as well as a small modern bunkhouse, and a historic log bunkhouse. Other structures at the main ranch headquarters include a 3,000 sq. ft. metal shop, 600 sq. ft. metal shop, 1,200 sq. ft. finished garage, barn, calving sheds and paddocks, grain silo and various lean-to structures.
