Little Piney Canyon Ranch is located approximately 2 miles south of the picturesque community of Story, Wyoming and approximately 18 miles south of historic Sheridan, Wyoming. The ranch is 1,586 total deeded acres, split into two parcels. The foothills parcel is 480 acres, with approximately 160 acres of irrigated ground, ½ mile of Little Piney Creek, and highlighted by breathtaking aspen filled draws. The mountain parcel is approximately 1,106 acres, and provides private access to the bordering Bighorn National Forest and Wyoming State Lands. Approximately one mile of Little Piney Creek flows through the scenic pine and aspen forest within Little Piney Canyon.
Improvements
Currently there is no home on the ranch, and only 2 small outbuildings on the foothills parcel where the previous homestead was located. There is water and electricity at this location, although there are numerous sites to build with incredible views and easy access.
