Devil's Washtub Ranch has a number of improvements located in three distinct areas all situated near the river. The headquarters unit has a number of homes and improvements on a bluff overlooking the river and the meadows. The improvements include:

Further up stream on a bluff overlooking the river is a historic fishing cabin.
Finally just a bit further up stream along the banks of the North Laramie River on the edge of a meadow is the River Lodge. The 1,400 square foot log home was built in 2000 and includes two bedrooms, two baths, a large kitchen with modern appliances, and a moss rock fireplace. There are corrals, loafing sheds and a riding arena nearby.
