Before coming to Mirr Ranch Group, Tommy was a conservation real estate project manager with Mesa Land Trust, the nation's oldest agricultural land trust. There, he managed an award-winning land protection initiative that conserved the rich, natural heritage and working landscape of Colorado's Grand Valley while also helping participating farmers, ranchers, and orchardists achieve their financial and estate planning goals. Prior to that, Tommy worked on Colorado River habitat conservation projects for American Rivers in Phoenix, Arizona, and brokered corporate real estate for NAI Hiffman in Chicago, Illinois.
