Prior to joining Mirr Ranch group, Jeff worked for Colliers Turley Martin Tucker and was responsible for all aspects of buying, selling, and leasing commercial real estate properties. Before that, he successfully founded and managed J.B. Hubbard Outfitters, a hunting and outfitting business offering big game and bird hunting expeditions on private land leases in Colorado, New Mexico and Texas. At Mirr Ranch Group, Jeff specializes in ranch sales with a particular focus on valuation from a hunting-specific recreational standpoint.
In addition, Jeffs unique background in both the commercial and ranch real estate industries has facilitated a particular interest in 1031 exchanges and Tenant-in-Common (TIC) Investments. As a registered representative of Welton Street Investments, LLC (NASD/SIPC Member Broker/Dealer), Jeff is able to offer clients professional 1031 advice and practical exchange solutions through a broad range of fractional ownership opportunities in TIC investments. This is an invaluable asset for many landowners, enabling them to: realize built-in appreciation in ranch property; defer capital gains taxes; potentially increase income while reducing work load; achieve financial peace-of-mind through ownership in large, income-producing institutional grade assets.
