Pat Lancaster comes to Mirr Ranch Group from the hunting and outfitting business, where his highly regarded Lancaster’s Outfitters has operated in Colorado, New Mexico, and Nebraska for over 25 years. Over the years, Pat has leased in excess of 1 million acres of private ranch property in these states. Whether it’s big bulls and bucks, wild quail or waterfowl, Pat naturally possesses a unique eye for evaluating hunting-oriented property.
Before starting Lancaster’s Outfitters, Pat worked as a foreman for heavy equipment crews in the oil and mining industries in western Colorado. This experience has served him well in both the hunting and real estate business, as he has been able to combine his extensive equipment and excavation experience with his wildlife and hunting knowledge. Pat has successfully organized and executed road and habitat enhancement and restoration projects, including: water development, select cutting, food plotting and prescribed burning on ranches throughout the region. This unique combination of skills and practice enables Pat to analyze and envision a property’s potential from a sportsman’s standpoint.
