A Little About Me
Tommy Latousek is back with Mirr Ranch Group, where he works on ranch brokerage all over the Rocky Mountain West out of the Denver office. After starting his ranch brokerage career as one of the first agents with MRG back in 2005, Tommy left in 2008 to start a new ranch division for an Aspen-based firm, Douglas Elliman/Joshua & Co., where he quickly turned that firm into the top seller of trophy amenity ranches in its market. Tommy possesses over twenty years of experience in the real estate, conservation, and western natural resources sectors. Among other things, he headed up an award-winning land protection program at Mesa Land Trust in Grand Junction, Colorado, where he closed dozens of conservation easement purchases, and did habitat conservation projects on the Colorado River for American Rivers. More recently, Tommy has consulted on related, large landscape startup businesses, such as PastureMap, a smart phone app for ranchers to keep track of their animals and forage, and Emrgy, a new distributed hydro technology. Tommy was on the national board for River Network and works closely with many land trusts, conservation groups, and renewable energy firms, as well as large acreage, rural landowners of all types across the region.
