The Bow and Arrow Ranch has a lease on 4,895 acres of adjoining state land, (AG Lease Number – 113494 and 113161). These leases may be assignable to the purchaser subject to the written approval of the State Land Board. The State Trust Land is not included in the purchase price nor is there any value in the purchase price associated to the lease. The assignment of the lease is not guaranteed to the purchaser. The State Land Board may charge a fee for approval of the assignment.
