Mirr Ranch Group is pleased to announce it will be expanding its presence in Wyoming with the opening of an office in Cody in spring 2015. The new office will be managed by experienced Mirr Ranch Group broker, Mac McWhorter, who is celebrating eight years with the company.
“Mirr Ranch Group has had great success in Wyoming since the company’s inception in 2005, and Mac has certainly contributed to an excellent track record in the state. As Mirr Ranch Group turns 10 in 2015, this is a natural expansion for the company that will guarantee better service for our buyers and sellers in northwest Wyoming,” said Mirr Ranch Group founder and ranch broker, Ken Mirr.
Mac will continue his focus in Wyoming with a plan to expand Mirr Ranch Group’s efforts into Montana later in 2015. This expansion coincides with Mac’s wife, Karen, being recently introduced as the new Curator of Western American Art for the Whitney Western Art Museum by the Buffalo Bill Center of the West.
“Representing buyers and sellers in Wyoming has become a focus for me over the years and I am thrilled to help grow Mirr Ranch Group’s presence in the state. I am excited about the professional opportunities in the Cody area for my wife, in her new role as curator, for me, and for Mirr Ranch Group. I have benefited from Mirr Ranch Group’s expertise in due diligence and vast knowledge of ranch transactions, and look forward to leveraging this experience in the new Cody office,” explained McWhorter.
Mirr Ranch Group just ended a record-breaking year with sales exceeding $150 million with current listings surpassing $250 million. Well known as a Land Report Best Brokerage, the boutique full service brokerage firm specializes in legacy ranches, sporting properties, income producing farms, rural real estate and unique properties adjoining National Parks and other public lands throughout the American West.
