“My assessment of the market going forward is that we will continue to see positive conditions and increasing values due to the renewed health of the club and the recent expansion with the purchase of 7 Lakes Ranch,”explained listing broker, Daniel Carter.
2021 gave way to the acquisition of Greg Norman’s famous 7 Lakes Ranch, which expanded Elk Creek Ranch’s footprint to 15,000 deeded acres and enhanced member opportunities for blue-ribbon quality fly-fishing along the White River, as well as world-class big game hunting in an expansive and unspoiled natural habitat. Since 2018, Elk Creek Ranch has seen the sale of 10 lots with lot values increasing 30% on average over that same time period. Carter predicts that demand will continue.
“I see values for member/owners potentially increasing by another 50% over the next 18-24 months, especially for historically premier lots on the river that offer good privacy, views, and preferable buildability,” said Carter.
