Mirr Ranch Group is proud to present the first Rockies edition of The Land Report, the magazine of the American landowner. The issue is a guide and resource for landowners and ranch buyers in the American West, and features photography of several beautiful and successful landscapes and ranch properties.
In the press release that went out today, Owner/Broker, Ken Mirr, of Mirr Ranch Group explains, “We have found over the years that our clients want more than just learning the basics of purchasing and owning a ranch. They want to create a legacy and invest in the land through understanding the ranch’s ecosystem, conservation values and applying management techniques that make a positive impact on local landscapes and Western communities.”
And this issue explores just that.
Of note, the Rockies issue features the following stories:
- Our own Ken Mirr authors a primer on federal and state lands and how ranch owners benefit, using his experience as a former public lands attorney.
- Executive Director of the Western Landowner Alliance, Leslie Allison, pens in-depth profiles of four western ranching families who are facing some daunting obstacles and winning the West through collaboration.
- Corinne Garcia, Editor in Chief of the Big Sky Journal, writes about Montana’s exclusive Yellowstone Club.
- And it wouldn’t be a Land Report issue without a Top Ten List. For this issue, the Rockies’ top ten listings are on deck, and Cross Mountain Ranch made the list.
“Historically, the Rockies have been the gateway to the American West, which is why we believe it deserves its own special issue. This region offers unrivaled opportunities for investment, enjoyment, and conservation,” says Land Report editor Eric O’Keefe on why this issue was necessary.
