It is with great pleasure and excitement that we are expanding Mirr Ranch Group’s representation in the Montana ranch real estate market. Having grown up in Bozeman, the landscapes of Southwest Montana were the backdrop of my youth and are what connected me to the culture of wide-open spaces. It was the natural beauty and rich heritage of this place that inspired me to get into the land brokerage business in the first place. From a young age Montana made an imprint on me. After several years working as a Ranch Broker in Colorado, it is a natural progression for me to now spread our distinctive brand of professional service to Montana as well.
Mirr Ranch Group has developed at an incredible pace since its beginnings more than 10 years ago and has ushered in a refreshing style to legacy ranch brokerage. Over the years we’ve worked with a wide variety of clients and partners. We’ve represented everyone from fortune 500 CEO’s and high-net-worth family offices, to multi-generational ranching families and national and regional conservation groups. We concentrate on being a leading full-service brokerage firm while maintaining a boutique feel. What this really comes down to is creating authentic personal relationships with our clients while providing expert services and deep experience.
Our team has transacted deals throughout the entire Rocky Mountain West – from Colorado and Wyoming, to New Mexico, Utah, Oregon, Nebraska, and Kansas, as well as the Patagonian region of South America. However so far our direct representation in Montana has been relatively limited compared to the other areas we do business. So, this opportunity to expand our presence in Big Sky Country is truly thrilling. We feel we can bring a new flavor of specialty service and a fresh approach to representing the exceptional values of Montana.
Whether it be a sporting property with focus on fly-fishing or hunting, an agriculturally significant ranch, or unique holding with conservation values, we are poised to hit the ground running in marketing Montana to our diverse network of ranch buyers.
