The ranch sits at the base of the slopes of the Thirtynine Mile Mountain with unobstructed views of Pikes Peak, the Tarryall Mountains, the Mosquito Range, Elevenmile Reservoir and the blue ribbon stretch of the South Platte River dubbed the “Dream Stream”.
