Double R Ranch has leases on 792 acres of adjoining state land, (AG Lease Numbers –46126 and 45970). These leases may be assignable to the purchaser subject to the written approval of the State Land Board. The State Trust Land is not included in the purchase price nor is there any value in purchase price associated to the leases. The assignment of the leases is not guaranteed to the purchaser. The State Land Board may charge a fee for approval of the assignment.
