About The North 40
The North 40 at Elk Creek Ranch is a unique opportunity to own sizable acreage off-site from the main ranch while also including a full membership to the club. Situated about 8 miles downstream and along the banks of the White River, the North 40 is the largest acreage ownership opportunity at Elk Creek Ranch and offers supreme privacy. The property features wonderful views, water rights, irrigated meadows, and over a ½ mile of river frontage. A high elevated bench offers the perfect place for an exclusive homesite that overlooks the river below as well as the low lying meadow where you’ll find a historic carriage house and barn nestled next to an old apple orchard. The North 40 directly adjoins the larger K/K Ranch upstream, on which Elk Creek Ranch enjoys exclusive fishing rights. The 1/2 mile of river on the property is only open to Elk Creek members and the future owner will have special fishing privileges and priority.
