Nunn Ranch

The Nunn Ranch is a scenic and valuable centennial ranch operation consisting of 6,362 total acres that has endured the test of time and remained in the same family for over 100 years. Benefiting from Territorial Water rights #1 and #2 from Labonte Creek, the ranch provides water to nearly 180 acres of flood irrigated hay meadows along 1.5 miles of Labonte Creek. This diverse, scenic, and well-kept property is located 15 miles south of Douglas, Wyoming in the foothills of the Laramie Mountains; it contains all of the elements of the ideal ranch and recreational operation in east central Wyoming. Spreading over nine miles from the riparian corridor along Labonte Creek to the upper pasture in the southeast, stock water is distributed adequately with excellent fencing and cross-fencing throughout the entire property.
