VB Canyon Ranch, at 10,155+/- deeded acres, offers quality hunting and cattle grazing in Purgatoire River Breaks country in southeastern Colorado. Located in central Las Animas County, the ranch includes approximately 1,869 Colorado State Lease acres. In normal moisture years, the carrying capacity is 250 mother cows year-round. Hunting

VB Canyon Ranch offers excellent mule deer, antelope and turkey hunting.  180+ mule deer are not uncommon in this country.  Boone and Crockett antelope are routinely killed on the ranch.  There is a large, sustained and huntable population of Merriams turkeys on the ranch.
