Haley Mirr

Haley Mirr has worked at Mirr Ranch Group for over a decade, but her connection to the firm spans long before being hired in 2015.  Haley grew up in Colorado and from a young age has had a passion for the outdoors, land conservation, and the landscapes of the West. The Rocky Mountains have been her continuous source of entertainment since she was a wee-tyke. From climbing 14ers, to sleeping under the stars in Rocky Mountain National Park, the open spaces and diverse landscapes of the West have made her who she is today.

Haley attended Colgate University where she majored in environmental economics and joined the Outdoor Education program where she received Wilderness First Responder training and led newly bright-eyed college kids on hiking, kayaking and backcountry ski trips in the Adirondacks. She was also an avid member of the improvisational comedy troop formerly known as Broken Lizard. After attending college, she had no other choice than to come back to the Rocky Mountains. Not only is she passionate about this culture, Haley’s analytical, sustainability, business strategy, and Geographic Information Systems background make her an integral part of the Mirr Ranch Group team as Director of Operations, as well as a Ranch Broker.

The outdoors have been such a prevalent force in her life and she looks forward to sharing her passions for ranching, land stewardship and the American West with MRG's clients.
