Isabelle Mayo

Isabelle – or as she’s better known at MRG, Izzy – joins Mirr Ranch Group after working in marketing on the title insurance side of the industry for the last 6 and a half years. Her experience ranges from marketing and communications to branding and design.

Izzy grew up in Upstate, New York in a small agricultural community where her parents instilled the importance of respecting nature and enjoying the outdoors on her and her three older brothers. Much of Izzy’s childhood was spent either outside adventuring in the woods, or on a sports field. 

Izzy attended Endicott College in Beverly, Massachusetts where she majored in fine arts with a concentration in graphic design and minored in communications. Izzy was a member and captain of the women’s lacrosse team at Endicott, following in her parents and brothers footsteps who all played collegiate lacrosse. As a freshman in college she knew that come time to graduate she would be more than ready for a challenging new adventure. Which is why in 2016, a few months after graduation, Izzy packed up a car full of things and moved to Colorado, “just for a year”. 

That year went quick, and turned into what’s now been more than seven. The East will always be home to Izzy, but she proudly grows roots in the west now with her husband Zach, who grew up in Colorado. So many of her favorite things to do in the east are what drew her west, the opportunity to turn a corner and find a new adventure, ski a little more powder and a little less ice, meet incredible new people, and never stop exploring or appreciating this beautiful land. Together, Izzy and Zach enjoy fly fishing, camping, skiing, off-roading, traveling east to visit family, and adventuring with their dogs.
