Work & Play: Traveling the West

2024 was a great year for my team and me at Mirr Ranch Group. I’m grateful for my partners Pat Lancaster and Willy Strazza, who are key to our team’s success. Pat and Willy bring a wealth of knowledge, experience, and a strong work ethic that helps keep everything running efficiently. Together, we sold 15 ranches worth $70.4M in total. A remarkable year for our team and one we won’t soon forget. The team approach has been a game changer for our clients; by dividing tasks based on our strengths, we can deliver better service to both buyers and sellers. This allows us to stay agile and guide clients effectively through every step of the process.

Another perk of our three-person team is the ability to stay on track even when one of us takes time off. Personally, I had the chance to enjoy some great trips in 2024. I spent January and February quail hunting with my sons, friends, and dogs in Kansas and Texas. In the summer, my family and I took our annual beach vacation in Sea Island, Georgia. I had the privilege to travel with clients on a fantastic bird hunt in Argentina, and wrapped up the year fishing in Costa Rica with a close friend and client. These adventures make what I do all the more special as I spend time truly experiencing nature.

I feel blessed with a wonderful family, great business partners, good health, and a career I love. Here’s to more good business, health, and memorable moments in 2025. – Jeff
