Mirr Ranch Group is proud to announce one of its recent sales, Wasatch Peaks Ranch, was named 2018 Deal of the Year by The Land Report. The property features 20 square miles of pristine alpine terrain within Utah’s famed Wasatch Mountains and boasts more ski terrain than Vail. Initially listed for $46,000,000, the ranch sold to Wasatch Peaks Ranch LLC, a group of investors intending to develop a private ski resort, similar to the Yellowstone Club located in southeastern Montana.

Ken Mirr & the Western Landowners Alliance Board Visit the Famous Property
In the world of ranch management, good stewardship practices in regenerative and/or sustainable agriculture are popular with modern landowners because of its ecological and economical viability. This August, Ken Mirr, Owner/Ranch Broker at Mirr Ranch Group, had the chance to visit the TomKat Ranch with the rest of the Western Landowners Alliance board to learn about how they are implementing strategies to promote rural businesses while also emphasizing ecological health services.
