Meet our Brokers, Jeff Hubbard and Pat Lancaster

  • Jeff’s professional background includes owning and operating hunting outfitting and guiding services, along with commercial real estate Brokerage with Cushman & Wakefield. With a BA and MBA from Vanderbilt University, Jeff possesses a unique combination of extensive hunting knowledge as well as years of training in and exposure to multiple business concepts and transactions.

  • Pat joined Mirr Ranch Group in 2007, coming to the brokerage from the hunting and outfitting business, where his highly regarded Lancaster’s Outfitters has operated in Colorado, New Mexico, and Nebraska for over 25 years. Over the years, Pat has leased in excess of 1 million acres of private ranch property in these states and currently still outfits on over 250,000 acres of private ranch land in Colorado, specializing in archery elk, bighorn sheep, and mule deer. Whether it’s big bulls and bucks, wild quail, or waterfowl, Pat naturally possesses a unique eye for evaluating hunting-oriented property.
