Erik Anderson

With over 21 years of experience in the real estate industry, Erik brings a unique blend of expertise to the Mirr Ranch Group team. His background encompasses residential and fractional real estate lending, process engineering and outsourcing, technology, and title insurance. Erik’s focus on new business opportunities is grounded in his belief that his customers always come first.

Erik was born and raised in Houston, Texas, where he grew up with a multi-generational family cattle and recreational ranch. After moving to western Nevada, Erik grew his skillset stomping around the Lake Tahoe region where he spent countless days fishing, skiing, and camping in the Sierra Nevadas. Erik graduated with a degree from the University of Colorado, where he studied business and finance, ultimately launching his career in real estate. 

Outside the office, Erik is an avid fly fisherman, big game hunter, game bird enthusiast, downhill skier, and smoker of meats. Today, Erik and his family own interests in several working farm, ranch and recreational properties in Johnson County, Wyoming and Grand and Weld Counties, Colorado. Erik has deep connections with many rural communities and respect for traditional values. Erik’s family’s properties include an angus cow calf business, alfalfa hay and grain production, and a wide array of recreational endeavors. Erik is passionate about wildlife habitat and balancing traditional agriculture with recreational improvements. 

Erik and his wife Holly split time between Denver, Colorado and Kaycee, Wyoming with their two daughters all of whom share his passion for the outdoors and the way life should be!
