A Year to Remember
As we conclude another successful year at Mirr Ranch Group, we take a moment to reflect on the milestones achieved and the impact we’ve made. From significant transactions to strategic partnerships, 2024 was defined by growth, collaboration, and a steadfast dedication to land stewardship and conservation. Our commitment to serving our clients and preserving the West’s iconic landscapes continues to drive our success.

A Year of Sales & Growth
From January to December, we stayed busy helping clients buy and sell their properties across theWest. We kicked off the year with some bigger deals in Gunnison County, Colorado, and Sublette County, Wyoming, including helping the sellers of Cochetopa Dome purchase their next legacy ranch. Summer brought a surge of interest in fishing properties across the West, keeping our team on the move. As fall rolled in, we kept the momentum going with successful sales, including the premier sale of Dutton Creek Ranch. Finally, we wrapped up the year strong, with the sale of North Face Ranch. It was a rewarding year filled with meaningful connections and successful sales!
Standout Listings in 2024
This year, we had the privilege of working on some pretty incredible ranches, these include a few properties that have been passed down for generations. Tolland Ranch and the Vance Peak Properties, have both been owned by the same family for 100 years, representing a legacy of stewardship, history, and deep-rooted connection to the land. The opportunity to represent properties with such longstanding ownership is a testament to the trust our clients place in us, and we were honored to bring them to market. Additionally, we had the privilege of listing St.Benedict’s Monastery, the largest holding in the immediate Snowmass/Aspen area. Carefully stewarded by Trappist monks since 1956, this property embodies a unique heritage of preservation and tranquility. The listing of such a significant and historical property with us further highlights our expertise in handling legacy land transactions and our ability to connect buyers with once-in-a-lifetime opportunities.

Ranches in High Demand
One of the most remarkable achievements this year was successfully marketing and selling multiple premier properties within just a single year—an accomplishment that speaks to the expertise, dedication, and reach of our team. These properties were not only listed but also found their next stewards in record time:
- Big Bear Ranch
- Willey Ranch on Cebolla Creek
- Dutton Creek Ranch
- North Face Ranch
- Firestone Stables
The ability to market and close deals on such significant properties in the same year is a testament to the strength of our network, the quality of our marketing strategies, and the trust our clients place in us.
Sharing Knowledge & Building Community
At Mirr Ranch Group, we love sharing knowledge and connecting with fellow land enthusiasts. Our in-house series, The Land Bulletin and The Guidebook, continued to provide valuable insights for landowners and buyers. We hosted some incredible guests this year, including experts from National Western Stock Show, The Trust for Public Land, Wyoming Game and Fish, The Muley Fanatic Foundation, and the Noble Ranch Institute, just to name a few.
The Power of Partnerships
Collaboration has always been a big deal for us, and this year was no different. We worked closely with our team, outside brokers, and industry partners to make sure our listings got the exposure they deserved. Some highlights from 2024 include:
- Partnering with Wyoming Stock Growers Land Trust and Colorado Cattlemen’s Agricultural Land Trust
- Teaming up with conservation leaders like King Land and Water and Dean Saunders
- Sponsoring The Land Report Summer Issue
- Working with regional brokerages from the Pacific Northwest to Douglas Elliman in the luxury residential market
We believe teamwork makes all the difference, and we’ll continue to prioritize collaboration in 2025. Thank you to our clients, partners, and friends for an incredible year—here’s to another one filled with great deals, lasting relationships, and meaningful conservation efforts!
