The Auction Process
- MAAD Peak will be exclusively marketed by Mirr Ranch Group, in partnership with Concierge Auctions, for approximately 5 weeks (June 12 – July 25). During this time we will conduct showings for prospective buyers and provide preliminary due diligence information to qualified parties. Buyers can register to bid at any time throughout the marketing period and prior to the Auction starting.
- The Auction itself will begin on July 19th and bids will be taken until the close of the Auction on July 25th, a total of 6 days.
- At the end of the Auction, the winning bidder will be announced and the real estate purchase agreement will be executed. The contract is straightforward and available for a bidder to review along with all the necessary due diligence items.
- Closing will occur August 24th, 30 days after the purchase agreement is signed.
How to Arrange a Showing
Previews and property tours are available to interested and qualified buyers, please just reach out to the listing broker, Haley Mirr, to arrange a time. A daily Open House will be held by the Concierge team at the property every Friday through Sunday starting June 12 from 10 am – 2 pm.
Can the Property be Purchased Before the Auction?
Buyers can “Buy Now” for $2,385,000. What does this mean? If you don’t want to compete against other bidders and want to walk away immediately with your dream property, you can!
Otherwise, MAAD Peak will only be sold via auction, so interested parties are encouraged to register to bid early so they can become familiar with the property and due diligence matters prior to submitting a starting bid.
