The Auction Process
- 66 Ranch will be exclusively marketed by Mirr Ranch Group, in partnership with Concierge Auctions, for approximately 5 weeks (August 24th – October 12th). During this time we will conduct showings for prospective buyers and provide preliminary due diligence information to qualified parties. Buyers can register to bid at any time throughout the marketing period and prior to the Auction starting. The pre-bid deadline is 5pm on October 11, 2022.
- The Auction itself will begin on October 12th and bids will be taken until the close of the Auction on October 17th, a total of 6 days.
- At the end of the Auction, the winning bidder will be announced and the real estate purchase agreement will be executed. The contract is straightforward and available for a bidder to review along with all the necessary due diligence items.
- Closing will occur on November 17th, 30 days after the purchase agreement is signed.
How to Arrange a Showing
Previews and property tours are available to interested and qualified buyers. Please just reach out to the listing broker, Daniel Carter, to arrange a time. Beginning after Labor Day weekend, a daily Open House will be held by the Concierge team at the property every afternoon between 1-4pm or by special appointment.
