Mike McGarry

Mike credits his team for successfully executing some of the largest and most complex transactions in Western Colorado since 2013. He offers discerning clients the rare combination of access to the finest marketing platform in the industry combined with his many years of personal experience living in the area. He has become a trusted advisory partner to many, and is known for his ability to critically evaluate properties and discover ways to unlock potential value.

Mike is the oldest of five children, and grew up on the family farm in Iowa. After college, he went on to complete a career as a commercial pilot for a major US air carrier, and was also a bush pilot in Alaska. He has been an avid outdoorsman his entire life and has been involved with guiding and outfitting hunters and fisherman over the years.

Mike has called Western Colorado home for 30+ years. He enjoys travel, photography, and the great outdoors. Most of all, he loves spending quality time with family and friends on the McGarry Farm near Montrose, Colorado.

* Grew up hunting pheasants in Iowa from the cab of a combine because he couldn’t afford to own a bird dog.
